I'm a pharmacist, improv comedian, author, and speaker who believes learning doesn't have to be boring, leadership doesn't have to be so serious, and sometimes the best way forward starts with a good laugh.
Whether I'm delivering a keynote, leading an interactive workshop, or bringing the laughs to an event, my goal is simple: help people think differently, connect with each other, and have a little fun along the way.

Sounds like the beginning of a joke, right? Turns out, it's my career.
I'm a residency-trained pharmacist who discovered that some of the most valuable lessons about communication, leadership, and navigating uncertainty came from an unlikely place: improvisational comedy.
Since then, I've combined healthcare, humor, writing, and performing to help people learn, connect, and approach challenges differently.
Because serious topics don't always require serious presentations.

I'm also the co-founder of Diabetes Remission Partners and co-host of the Diabetes Remission Roadmap podcast, where we help people with type 2 diabetes better understand their health and take practical steps toward improving it.
